Refund Policy
1. Subscription Model
mttrly operates on a monthly subscription model. Paid plans (Deployment Bro, Deployment Crew, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Account dashboard or by emailing support@mttrly.com.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your account reverts to the free Watchdog tier at the end of the billing period. No further charges will be made.
3. Refund Eligibility
Within 14 Days of First Payment. If you are a new paid subscriber and are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to your initial subscription payment only.
Service Outage. If the Service experiences a material outage (unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours) attributable to us, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Contact support@mttrly.com with details.
Billing Errors. If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed billing error within 5 business days.
Plan Downgrades. If you downgrade from a higher to a lower paid plan mid-cycle, the difference is applied as a credit toward your next billing cycle. No cash refund is issued for downgrades.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Charges for additional servers used during the billing period
- Subscription fees beyond the initial 14-day period (standard monthly renewals)
- Enterprise plan fees, which are governed by separate contractual terms
- Accounts terminated by us for violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@mttrly.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). In particular, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first subscription without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us by email at support@mttrly.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks incur processing fees, and we are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to transactions occurring after the effective date.
