~ What's the difference between Bro and Crew?
Bro is for solo builders — one messenger, up to 3 servers, full AI features. Crew is Bro for teams: everyone gets access, all messengers work at once (Telegram + Slack + Discord + WhatsApp), plus GitHub webhooks and provisioning playbooks. If you work alone, Bro. If others need access too, Crew.
~ Can Deployment Bro break my server?
No. Bro doesn't run random shell commands — it picks from validated operations only. Anything risky (restart, deploy) asks you to confirm first. You always see what's about to happen before it happens.
~ What is BYOK and why should I care?
Bring Your Own Key. Plug in your OpenAI or Anthropic API key and pay them directly — no markup from us. If you already have an API key, it can be cheaper than our built-in AI. If you don't, the $39/mo covers everything.
~ Is AI safe for production?
Yes. The AI understands what you want ("why is it slow?") but maps it to pre-built, tested operations — not generated shell commands. Think of it as intent recognition, not code generation. Dangerous actions still need your approval.
~ Can I add more servers?
$15/server/month on any paid plan. Bro starts with 3, Crew with 9. Add as many as you need.
~ Can I switch plans anytime?
Yep. Upgrade, downgrade, whenever. Changes apply immediately, billing is prorated.
~ Do you offer annual billing?
